PT - BR | Tive a oportunidade de desenvolver as ilustrações para a matéria “Career Cushioning: O Plano B”, publicada na revista VC RH (Editora Abril), ed. 102 (Fev/Mar de 2026). Foi muito divertido criar o personagem principal em suas poses e contextos - a ideia era representar um colaborador com um hobby que possa ser aproveitado e motivado pela empresa que o emprega. Apresento as aplicações das artes e também um pouquinho do processo. Espero que gostem!
EN | I had the opportunity to create the illustrations for the article “Career Cushioning: Plan B,” published in VC RH magazine (Editora Abril), issue 102 (Feb/Mar 2026). It was a lot of fun creating the main character in different poses and situations — the idea was to represent an employee with a hobby that could be leveraged and encouraged by the company where he works. Here I present the final applications of the artwork and a little bit of the process. I hope you enjoy it!
